AsteriskmacOS developer workspace
Projects, Git worktrees, Claude Code sessions, and terminals. We’re building Asterisk to bring the work around your code together.
In development. Asterisk has not publicly launched. Ask for early access.
A desktop workspace for developers who work across repositories, branches, local tools, and AI coding conversations.
Organize repositories and keep separate tasks in their own Git worktrees, connected to the same project.
Launch or resume project-specific coding sessions, review their history, and work alongside integrated terminals.
Bring Docker management, Kubernetes, databases, project notes, and Jira views into the development workspace.
One app instead of a dozen windows. These modules exist in the current build.
Asterisk is under active development. Module depth varies, and the list describes what the current build contains, not a release promise.
Asterisk is built with Claude Code and designed around it.
Asterisk connects to the locally installed Claude Code CLI. Each project and worktree launches or resumes its own session, with history and an activity panel next to the terminal.
The product itself is developed day to day with Claude Code: source exploration, implementation, debugging, and review.
Coding-session summaries and project-context assistance are planned prototypes. They are not shipped features, and we would evaluate them before any public release.
Asterisk is an independent product; Claude and Claude Code are products of Anthropic.
Asterisk is a one-person software company registered in South Korea. URING is the brand and home page.
